Hansol Paper, Affiliate Hansol EM Subsidiary Acquisition
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Hansol Paper announced on the 19th that it has acquired 99.99% of the shares of its affiliate Hansol EM and incorporated it as a subsidiary.
Hansol EM is a company engaged in environmental and energy, water treatment businesses in both the private and public sectors. In particular, through its facility maintenance business, it plays a key role in the operation of existing Hansol Paper facilities and energy efficiency.
A Hansol Paper official stated, "Hansol EM is a business operator capable of providing total services in the eco-friendly management business sector, and especially is one of the top domestic companies possessing a value chain from incineration plant business and related construction and operation to steam power generation and sales," adding, "Through the incorporation of Hansol EM as a subsidiary this time, we can achieve management efficiency in the facility maintenance business division."
