'Daejeon Haneulchae Sky&' Model House Opens on 20th... Sales Next Month
Kolon Global announced on the 19th that it will open the model house for 'Daejeon Haneulchae Sky&' in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon on the 20th and begin sales.
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the model house will operate by reservation only, and a cyber model house called 'Skytelling' featuring various content will also be unveiled.
Daejeon Haneulchae Sky&, constructed by Kolon Global, will be located in the 106-1 area of Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon, consisting of five buildings ranging from five basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground. A total of 1,080 units will be supplied, including 998 apartments and 82 officetels, all with an exclusive area of 84㎡. Move-in is scheduled for July 2024.
Within a 1.5 km radius of the project site, 14 redevelopment and reconstruction projects are underway, and a second phase of sales is planned right next to Daejeon Haneulchae Sky&, which will create a large-scale Haneulchae brand town in the future. About 1 km away, the Daejeon Station area development, which includes a 69-story apartment, hotel, and commercial facilities, recently selected a developer.
Being in the heart of Daejeon and part of the original downtown, the residential infrastructure is excellent. Residents can walk to Jungangno Station on Subway Line 1 and use the BRT line (bus number 1001) connecting Daejeon, Sejong, and Osong. Jungangno Station is just one stop away from Daejeon Station (subway, KTX·SRT Gyeongbu Line).
Large marts such as Costco and Homeplus, as well as Jungang Market and Jungangno convenience facilities, are nearby. Medical and welfare facilities such as Chungnam National University Hospital, Daejeon St. Mary's Hospital, Jung-gu Office, and Daejeon Tax Office, as well as government offices, are also close.
The complex applies a 4-bay layout (except for some units) and is mainly oriented south. All units feature a ceiling height of 2.4 meters, higher than the standard 2.3 meters, creating an open and spacious living environment.
Community facilities located on the first and second floors above ground include a shared kitchen-style resident cafe, coin laundry, fitness club, dry sauna, indoor golf practice range, and indoor gymnasium.
A national and public daycare center, which will allocate up to 70% of its capacity preferentially to residents, is planned within the complex, along with a children's library where parents and children can read together and an indoor playroom.
