Han River View Revealed from Acro Seoul Forest
Located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, offering views of Seoul Forest and the Han River
270-degree panoramic views unfolding through art frames
Constructed by Daelim Industrial, scheduled for occupancy in 2021
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] The view of Seoul Forest and the Han River from Acro Seoul Forest, located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, was revealed on the 19th.
Acro Seoul Forest, constructed by Daelim Industrial, is a complex residential and cultural complex consisting of two apartment buildings, office facilities, retail facilities, and one cultural assembly facility. The apartments range from 5 basement floors to 49 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 91 to 273㎡, totaling 280 households.
Acro Seoul Forest is situated in an optimal location where residents can enjoy views of not only the Han River but also Seoul Forest and Namsan. Daelim Industrial applied specialized designs to maximize the premium views. The number of households per floor was arranged to three units (four units below the 9th floor) and the buildings were laid out in a T-shape to ensure views of Seoul Forest and the Han River from every unit.
Inside the units, an art frame without a middle window frame and a wide 270-degree panoramic view have been applied, allowing residents to enjoy the changing scenery of Seoul throughout the seasons from the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and other parts of the home.
The ceiling height was designed to be higher than the typical apartment floor height (2.3m), ranging from 2.9m up to a maximum of 3.3m, providing a rich sense of openness and sunlight. Community facilities located on the 29th floor of each building also offer views of the Han River and Seoul Forest.
