Some speculate that this may be a response to the flower wreaths supporting Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol that were recently lined up in front of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office building in Seocho-dong, Seoul.
According to the legal community on the 19th, four photos of dozens of flower baskets displayed at the Ministry of Justice building in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, were posted on the minister's Instagram the previous day.
