Financial Supervisory Service Holds 15th Financial Contest Awards Ceremony... 162 Winners
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] On the afternoon of the 12th, the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) held the awards ceremony for the "15th Financial Contest" at the main auditorium of its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul.
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the ceremony was held with only about 30 attendees, including FSS Governor Yoon Seok-heon, heads of banks, financial investment associations, life insurance associations, and awardees.
This contest received 2,317 entries across four categories, and a total of 162 individuals and groups were awarded, including 138 individuals and 24 groups.
Governor Yoon urged, "Let us work together?schools, the financial sector, and the FSS?to implement financial education suited to new environments such as COVID-19."

The FSS plans to post the award-winning works on the financial education website in the form of an online exhibition and utilize them for school financial education, including the "One Company One School Financial Education" program, as well as for training financial education instructors and teachers.
