[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Jeep announced on the 12th that it will provide the All-New Jeep Gladiator model as a sponsored vehicle for Discovery Channel Korea's new variety show "Ttangman Village."
"Ttangman Village" is a self-sufficiency project variety show featuring seven celebrities (Kim Gura, Kim Byung-man, Lee Ki-woo, Yoo In-young, Yoon Doo-joon, Hyojung, and Gree) who rent land in Yangyang, Gangwon Province, to build their dream second houses and create a village community. It airs every Tuesday at 9:30 PM for 12 weeks from the 3rd of this month until January 19th next year.
The All-New Jeep Gladiator appeared as the village's dedicated vehicle and a pickup truck playing a crucial role in the process of building houses and the village from the first broadcast on the 3rd. It demonstrated high utility by carrying various materials needed for construction in its cargo space. The All-New Jeep Gladiator will also be used for activities such as car camping, camping, and water sports.
Meanwhile, the All-New Jeep Gladiator sold out all 300 units available for delivery this year within two weeks of starting official pre-orders in Korea. It is the only convertible pickup in the domestic market and boasts strong on- and off-road driving performance.
