The 'Korea Balanced Development Expo' is a regional expo held to discuss the national balanced development vision and policies and to share regional innovation cases. So far, differentiated regional policies and future visions have been promoted through city and provincial exhibition halls.
This year, the event was scheduled to be held at the Munhwajejochang in Cheongju, Chungbuk in September, but due to the resurgence of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in August, it was converted to an online non-face-to-face format.
Accordingly, all expo programs including the opening ceremony, city and provincial exhibition halls, academic conferences, and citizen participation events will be conducted 100% online, and will be available through the Balanced Development Expo homepage and YouTube Balanced Development Television (TV) during the event period.
The province will promote 'Gyeongnam's Digital New Deal and Human New Deal Policies' according to the expo theme, 'A Strong Nation through New Deal,' at the regional balanced New Deal online city and provincial exhibition hall.
