[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gangbuk-gu (Mayor Park Kyum-soo) will hold a series of humanities lectures titled ‘4th Industrial Revolution Series with Gangbuk-gu’ online.
The series consists of two programs and will be presented on the official Gangbuk-gu YouTube channel on the 9th and 23rd.
On the 9th, science explorer Moon Kyung-soo will give a lecture titled ‘Rocket Engines in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution - Curiosity and Imagination.’
He plans to share his experiences exploring places such as Western Australia, the Gobi Desert, Alaska, and Hawaii, as well as working with scientists from world-renowned institutions like NASA.
During the lecture, he will discuss how the expression of curiosity and imagination brings significant changes to our lives.
On the 23rd, cognitive psychologist Kim Kyung-il will give a lecture titled ‘The Power of Humans Living in the 4th Industrial Era - Metacognition.’
This lecture will focus on metacognition, which refers to the ability to judge one’s own thoughts. It will also explain why metacognition is important for living and how it can be developed.
