LG Electronics Wins Russia Home Appliance Service Award for Second Consecutive Year
Employees of LG Electronics Russia are receiving the Grand Prize at the 'Customer Satisfaction Awards' ceremony hosted by the Russian Consumer Agency.

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] LG Electronics announced on the 8th that it has won the Customer Satisfaction Award in the home appliance service category for two consecutive years, hosted by the Russian Consumer Protection Agency.
The Russian Consumer Protection Agency evaluates companies' customer service activities annually and awards the Customer Satisfaction Award to the brand with the highest customer satisfaction in each category.
The agency highly praised LG Electronics for its efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, including offering the "2-Hour Appointment Service."
The 2-Hour Appointment Service is a program that allows customers to schedule on-site service visits at their preferred time in 2-hour increments. LG Electronics has been providing this service in Russia since this year.
Generally, home appliance companies in Russia accept service visits on a daily basis or in morning and afternoon time slots.
LG Electronics explained that it introduced the 2-Hour Appointment Service to eliminate the inconvenience of customers having to wait indefinitely at home for unpredictable service visits.
The success rate of the 2-Hour Appointment Service, which guarantees arrival at the customer's home within the promised time, currently exceeds 97%.
