This training was conducted to enhance the ability to quickly and safely rescue victims trapped inside or outside buildings such as apartments, or in emergency situations such as suicide attempts, using mountain ropes.
The main training contents included mastering rope knotting techniques, securing methods, safe ascent and descent techniques, and vertical and horizontal rescue methods.
