A man in his 20s caught on CCTV for falsely ordering 360 donuts and 60 hamburgers

According to the Sokcho Police Station in Gangwon on the 4th, on the 29th of last month, a man visited a bakery and ordered food worth about 350,000 won, including 60 hamburgers and 30 roll cakes, leaving a phone number while saying, "I will come to pick it up later."
However, the man did not come to pick up the order by evening, and when the store owner called the number, someone else answered.
On the same day, the man also visited a donut shop, ordered 360 donuts worth 680,000 won, and did not come to collect them.
After receiving the report, the police checked the store's closed-circuit television (CCTV) and concluded that the man was likely Mr. A (25), who was booked for obstruction of business for committing a similar crime a year ago.
Mr. A, who has an intellectual disability, is said to have committed the crime because he found deception amusing.

Two weeks before the incident, on the 15th of the same month, there was also a man who falsely ordered food worth about 210,000 won, including 20 rolls of gimbap and 20 servings of tonkatsu, at a gimbap restaurant. The police believe that this man was also Mr. A and plan to summon him soon to investigate the details of the case.
