Volkswagen Launches Vehicle Diagnosis 'Double Check Service Campaign'
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Volkswagen Korea announced on the 3rd that it will implement the 'Double Check Service Campaign' for all customers visiting Volkswagen Korea service centers from the 2nd of this month until the 13th of next month.
This campaign was planned under the slogan "Think once more, check once more service" to provide a higher level of improved customer service quality. Through the Double Check Service Campaign, customers visiting the service centers can receive more meticulous service reception and vehicle inspection services according to the newly revamped process, and they will be able to verify the inspection details twice with detailed explanations.
Various participation events will also be held to promote this campaign. First, the first 20,000 customers visiting the service centers during the campaign period will receive Double Check branding stickers and mask straps. Additionally, among customers participating in the 'Double Check Service Customer Satisfaction Survey,' 400 people will receive coffee coupons weekly, and among those participating in the 'Double Check Service SNS Certification Event,' 100 people will receive Double Check branding camping items.
Volkswagen Korea has continuously conducted various service improvement campaign activities over recent years and has launched an online reservation service that allows customers to use consumable-related services requiring regular inspection and replacement more easily and conveniently through the 'MY VW App.'
Stefan Krapp, President of Volkswagen at Audi Volkswagen Korea, said, "The Double Check Service Campaign is the beginning of an important change to raise service quality one step higher for the popularization of the imported car market, which is the core goal of the brand," adding, "Through this campaign, we will strengthen Volkswagen's brand philosophy of 'customer first' and provide reliable services."
