Gwangju Nam-gu Conducts 'District Administration Promotion Satisfaction' Survey
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Kim Byeong-nae) announced on the 2nd that it will conduct a resident satisfaction survey on the district newsletter, which is published once a month to deliver district policies and information necessary for residents, as well as the blog and SNS operated through the district office accounts.
This satisfaction survey will be conducted simultaneously in two ways: a written survey and an online survey, for two weeks from today until the 15th.
The written survey targets visitors to the district office's comprehensive civil service center and the 16 administrative welfare centers in the district, as well as users visiting local libraries. The online survey will be conducted through Nam-gu e-voting, which is based on the Nam-gu district office website and smartphone app, where residents can express their voting intentions.
The survey consists of 19 questions, including interest in district policies, satisfaction with the district newsletter, and satisfaction with promotional media such as blogs and SNS.

A Nam-gu official stated, "After analyzing the survey results by the 20th of this month, we plan to actively reflect the opinions proposed by residents when establishing the comprehensive plan for district policy promotion next year." He added, "We ask residents to actively participate in the survey so that more useful information that benefits residents can be provided."
