EXO Chanyeol, SM Responds "No Statement" on Privacy Controversy
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Young-eun] SM Entertainment (SM), the agency of EXO member Chanyeol, has stated that it will not comment on the allegations made by A, who claims to be Chanyeol's ex-girlfriend and has exposed his private life.
On the 29th, SM told Sports Kyunghyang, "There is no official position regarding the controversy surrounding Chanyeol."
Earlier that day, A revealed that Chanyeol had cheated on her with numerous women during their three-year relationship. A posted photos and a message on an online community, saying, "The past three years I was deceived by you have become so dirty and ugly. Recently, just before our 3rd anniversary, I discovered shocking facts."
She added, "During the three years we were together, you were someone's first experience, someone's one-night stand, and while I was sleeping unaware, you were always busy playing dirty with new women." She claimed, "Among them were more than 10 women including girl group members, YouTubers, BJs, dancers, and flight attendants."
She also said, "I hid the photos taken with you, and fearing that if they leaked and it was revealed that we were dating, it might affect your work, I even hid the fact that I had a boyfriend from close friends." She continued, "I only believed your words that if problems with women affected your music career, you would die, and I was busy protecting you. Please act like a decent person."
