View original image[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] A non-face-to-face service that allows the purchase of local specialties using the Forest Welfare Service Voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) will be provided. The purpose is to prevent voucher beneficiaries from being unable to use the voucher due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The National Natural Recreation Forest Management Office announced on the 27th that it will provide such a 'non-face-to-face voucher service' until the end of this month.
The non-face-to-face voucher service was planned to open a way for beneficiaries who cannot visit forest welfare facilities on-site due to COVID-19 to use the voucher for other purposes, as the voucher usage period is about to expire at the end of this month.
The core is to allow individuals or groups who received the voucher to purchase forest experience DIY kits (3 types) and local specialties corresponding to the voucher amount (100,000 KRW).
The products are composed in a package form. The package includes DIY kits such as growing companion plants, making LED lights, and making interior hanji clocks, as well as pine nuts and deodeok products sold at local specialty product stores.
For more detailed information about the non-face-to-face voucher service, inquiries can be made through the Eastern Regional Team of the National Natural Recreation Forest Management Office.
