DSF L&I, a smart logistics patent company, is a management innovation SME that has achieved sales worth approximately 20 billion KRW within three years of its establishment. Through this agreement, SPC GFS will collaborate with DSF L&I on overseas business, establishing a third-party logistics system, joint efforts to attract consignors, and development related to various consulting services.
SPC GFS expects this partnership to create synergy by combining its solid business foundation with DSF L&I's expertise in smart logistics, which is being intensively fostered under Korea's New Deal policy. In particular, by applying smart logistics to the 'cold chain' system?which maintains low temperatures during the distribution of fresh products to preserve freshness and quality?a more systematic and precise service is anticipated.
