According to Daejeon City on the 20th, three people (#420 to 422) were confirmed positive for COVID-19 in the region on that day.
The 420th confirmed case in Daejeon is a person in their 50s residing in Jung-gu, who has shown symptoms such as fever since the 17th. The 421st confirmed case is a person in their 70s living in Seo-gu, who was diagnosed positive without experiencing any symptoms.
These confirmed cases were identified as contacts of the 419th confirmed case in Daejeon (a person in their 40s in Seo-gu), who was diagnosed positive the previous day, and underwent diagnostic testing accordingly.
Additionally, the 422nd confirmed case in Daejeon (a person in their 70s from Seo-gu, residing in Cheonan) experienced symptoms such as lethargy starting from the 15th and tested positive after diagnostic testing.
