On the 19th, both parties announced that they will work together to popularize the life-sharing practice movement through the program "Dalmaya Jokgu Haja" (Let's Play Jokgu, Dalmaya).
"Dalmaya Jokgu Haja" is a healing program planned to bring laughter and comfort to the public and deliver a message of hope through jokgu matches between monks and celebrities at temples nationwide during the COVID-19 pandemic era.
Additionally, once COVID-19 subsides, the program plans to evolve into a regional festival centered around temples nationwide, developing a "Festival of Sharing" with local residents.
Ilmyeon Daejongsa, chairman of the Life Sharing Practice Headquarters and senior member of the Jogye Order, stated, "Dalmaya Jokgu Haja is not simply a Buddhist event but will be developed as a sharing movement that raises awareness of the preciousness of life and gives hope to the public."
