According to the Central Disease Control Headquarters, as of 0:00 AM on that day, 71 cases were estimated to be domestic infections, and 20 cases were imported from overseas. By region, Gyeonggi had 50 cases, Seoul had 20 cases, with the metropolitan area accounting for the majority.
Among the imported cases, the highest number was from entrants from Russia with 10 cases, followed by Nepal 3 cases, the Philippines 1 case, Uzbekistan 1 case, India 1 case, Kuwait 1 case, Turkey 1 case, the United States 1 case, and Mexico 1 case, totaling 20 cases.
The number of patients released from quarantine the previous day was 54, and currently, 1,443 patients are undergoing isolation treatment.
