Dongshin University announced on the 15th that it will participate in the '56th University Football Federation Championship,' which opens on the 17th in Tongyeong, Gyeongnam.
They are grouped in Group 10 along with Paichai University, Woosuk University, and Ulsan University for the group stage matches.
Starting with the first group match against Woosuk University on the 18th at the Sanyang Sports Park Natural Ground in Tongyeong, Gyeongnam, they will face Ulsan University on the 20th, followed by the final group match against Paichai University on the 22nd.
This tournament features 72 university teams nationwide divided into 18 groups for the preliminary rounds.
The Dongshin University soccer team is also competing in the '2020 U-League (University League),' which began on the 7th, grouped with Wonkwang University, Howon University, Jeonnam Science University, Chosun Institute of Technology, Hanlyo University, Gunjang University, Jeonju Kijeon University, and Donggang University, challenging for advancement to the championship round.
