Snowflake Mentoring is a program that started in 2015 with the purpose of nurturing talented individuals with character and expertise by having professional alumni active in various fields of society participate as mentors and engage in various activities such as special lectures with current students. This launch ceremony was conducted in real-time online, attended by alumni mentors and student mentees connecting from both inside and outside the university.
Operating under the slogan "Until the mentee becomes a mentor," a total of 354 graduate mentors and 388 student mentees have participated so far. Notably, this year, 19 students who previously participated as mentees and have since graduated joined as new mentors, marking the realization of the slogan in just five years since the program's inception.
