US Official "Disappointed by North Korea's Prioritization of Nuclear and Ballistic Missiles"

According to major foreign media, a senior official of the U.S. administration made this statement regarding the military parade commemorating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party held by North Korea on the same day.
The official also expressed disappointment that North Korea prioritizes its prohibited nuclear and ballistic missile programs over the needs of its own people.
On the early morning of the 10th local time, North Korea unveiled new weapons, including a new intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) capable of targeting the U.S. mainland, at the military parade commemorating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party.
