According to the legal community on the 8th, Judge Kim Se-hyun of the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Division 4 dismissed Jeong's bail request that day. Jeong had requested release last month. He was indicted for obstruction of official duties and violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act.
