Free Influenza Vaccination Resumes Sequentially from the 13th... Targeting Ages 13 to 18
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] The national influenza (flu) vaccination program, which was completely halted due to issues with exposure to room temperature, will resume starting from the 13th.
The Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) announced on the 8th through reference materials that, after deliberation by the Vaccination Expert Committee, the temporarily suspended 2020-2021 flu season vaccination program will sequentially restart from the 13th.
From the 13th, free flu vaccinations will be available for middle and high school students aged 13 to 18, from the 19th for those aged 70 and above, and from the 26th for those aged 62 to 69.
