Citro?n Dealer Seoju Motors Conducts Blood Donation Campaign to Overcome COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Seoju Motors, the official dealer of Citro?n in the Busan and Gyeongnam regions, held a 'Love Blood Donation Event' on the 5th in collaboration with the Korean Red Cross. This event was organized to secure a stable blood supply amid the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (hereinafter COVID-19).
Following the event in March, this second blood donation campaign of the year was conducted to support the local community facing difficulties in maintaining a stable blood supply and stock due to the decrease in blood donors caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The blood donation drive, held at the Citro?n Busan showroom and service center as well as the Korean Red Cross blood donation bus, saw participation from about 30 Seoju Motors employees and over 50 customers visiting the showroom and service center. The campaign was safely conducted in compliance with COVID-19 prevention guidelines, including temperature checks, travel history verification, mandatory mask-wearing, and hand sanitization for all participants.
Seoju Motors also provided benefits to customers who participated in the blood donation campaign, such as a 10% discount coupon on service labor charges and a small commemorative gift set consisting of a Citro?n umbrella and an Eider mat to encourage blood donation.
Kim Tae-hoon, CEO of Seoju Motors, expressed his gratitude, saying, "We thank all employees and customers who actively participated in this campaign. We will continue to seek ways for Seoju Motors to contribute to coexistence with the local community as a corporate citizen."
