[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] A tropical depression (TD) that has the potential to develop into Typhoon No. 13 is moving northwest at 23 km/h as of 3 a.m. on the 27th, located approximately 1740 km northeast-northeast of Guam.
The Korea Meteorological Administration announced that the central pressure of TD No. 24 is 1004 hPa, with maximum wind speeds of 54 km/h.
A TD refers to a tropical depression that has the potential to develop into a typhoon within 24 hours. Even if it develops into a typhoon, considering the expected path, its impact on South Korea is expected to be minimal.
