Yangcheon-gu has equipped the expanded and relocated Yangcheon-gu Sign Language Interpretation Center and Deaf Shelter with a lounge, program room, individual counseling rooms, and classrooms. It plans to use the facility as a place for information exchange that contributes to enhancing the language rights of people with hearing and speech disabilities and encourages their participation in social activities.
