Dobong-gu, Idea Contest to Prepare for Post-Corona Era
Anyone Can Participate Regardless of Residence from September 21 to October 30... Call for Ideas to Overcome Life Inconveniences Due to COVID-19 and Respond to the Post-Pandemic Era
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Dobong-gu (Mayor Dongjin Lee) is holding the '2020 Idea Intensive Contest' to prepare for the COVID-19 and post-COVID-19 era.
This is to discover and introduce policies that can improve the quality of life for residents after COVID-19.
The contest period will run for six weeks from September 21 to October 30.
Anyone interested in Dobong-gu's administration can participate regardless of their place of residence.
The contest fields are ▲ ways to overcome inconveniences in daily life caused by the COVID-19 virus that has struck the world since early this year ▲ policy ideas to respond to the post-COVID-19 era.
Idea proposals can be submitted through the Dobong-gu Office website (Participation → Citizen Proposals), the National Petition System (National Proposals → General Proposals), mail (13th floor Planning and Budget Department, 656 Madeul-ro, Dobong-gu [Attention: Proposal System Officer]), or email (origin92@dobong.go.kr).
Proposed ideas will be preliminarily reviewed by the responsible department for issues such as whether they are already being implemented or if they violate laws, then integrated and evaluated together with general proposals received in the first and second halves of this year. Selected excellent proposals will be posted on the Dobong-gu Office website and individually notified to proposers in December.
Excellent proposals will be selected and awarded in the categories of Grand Prize (3 million KRW), Silver Prize (2 million KRW), Bronze Prize (1 million KRW), Encouragement Prize (500,000 KRW), and Effort Proposal (300,000 KRW). However, if there are no suitable excellent proposals, awards may not be given.
