Heo wrote on her Facebook that day, "The president's event is, in other words, a national event, and the owner of a national event is the people," adding, "It seems that for Secretary Tak, the president's protocol is still just a show used for himself."
Heo said, "The owners of Youth Day yesterday should have been the youth of the Republic of Korea. And the public officials preparing the event should have been thoroughly invisible hands behind the stage. All the merits of protocol belong to the people, and all the faults must be borne by the public officials themselves."
She continued, "However, Tak Hyun-min labeled the event featuring political president Moon Jae-in and cultural president BTS as 'Tak Hyun-min's signature.' Not only that, he called it 'my gift.' I thought President Moon Jae-in was wearing BTS to block unfair criticism, but it turns out BTS was wearing Tak Hyun-min."
She added, "Narcissus, who created the myth of narcissism, ultimately drowned himself, intoxicated by his own reflection. I sincerely hope he comes to his senses. For the first time, I feel sorry for President Moon Jae-in."

In 2020, I was worried that some 'fairness' could cause some 'unfairness.'"
He continued, "After much thought, I tried to recall my youth and thoughts, but I couldn't remember. So I asked (BTS). This is a gift from the youth 19 years ago to the youth of 2039, but it is also my gift as the director who directed the 1st Youth Day. A gift to the director who might be struggling with what kind of planning to do."
He concluded, "I hope these messages from the past will be usefully utilized. Tak Hyun-min, who directed the 1st Youth Day event in 2020."
