On the afternoon of September 10th, employees are checking social distancing between seats at the Daegu Concert House in Jung-gu, Daegu. Daegu City announced on the 9th that starting from the 11th, indoor public facilities such as exhibition and performance halls can be operated with up to 30% of their capacity, allowing for 2-meter distancing.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Park Dong-wook] On the 10th, Daegu City announced on the 11th that during a joint police crackdown on 146 businesses under 'closure' and 'restriction,' three PC rooms violating quarantine rules such as failure to maintain social distancing were caught and administrative closure measures were imposed under the 'zero tolerance principle.'
The joint crackdown team, consisting of 29 members in 13 groups, began special inspections after the implementation of the 'Daegu-style Social Distancing Level 2' measures. So far, out of a total of 4,207 inspected locations, 45 were ordered to close, 5 were suspended from business, and fines were imposed on 29 places.
Previously, Daegu City extended the application period of Social Distancing Level 2 from the original deadline of the 10th to the 20th, adding 10 more days. Additionally, the closure period for unregistered or unreported special sales sectors such as door-to-door sales was further extended until October 15.
Meanwhile, as of midnight on the 11th, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in the Daegu area increased by one from the previous day to 7,090 (7,015 local infections, 75 imported cases).

A woman in her 20s residing in Nam-gu, who was confirmed positive the day before, was classified as a contact of Sarangui Church located in Dong-gu and tested positive in a test conducted before the end of self-quarantine. As a result, the cumulative number of confirmed cases related to Sarangui Church has been counted as 43.
