This business agreement was established to create jobs and promote youth employment in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region. It is being promoted together with the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund and IBK Industrial Bank of Korea.
The partner organizations agreed to actively cooperate in ▲ linking job projects for training and supporting the growth of specialized personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises ▲ efforts to support youth employment in excellent SMEs and sharing recruitment information ▲ strengthening financial support for the mutual development of companies and youth.
The Korea Industrial Complex Corporation provides job information using 'Kicox Job,' a dedicated recruitment platform for companies located in industrial complexes nationwide. The Credit Guarantee Fund shares client recruitment information through the 'Job Cloud' system. IBK Industrial Bank plans to share recruitment information for small and medium-sized enterprises using 'I-Won Job.'

Kim Jeonghwan, Director of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, said, "I hope this agreement will help resolve the manpower shortage of excellent SMEs in the industrial complexes of the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region and address the mismatch in youth employment." He added, "We will continue to actively discover employment revitalization projects with related organizations to overcome the employment crisis caused by COVID-19 and stabilize jobs for the youth."
