[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ga-yeon] The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases related to the swimming pool at Chodang Elementary School in Dobong-gu, Seoul, has increased to four.
According to Dobong-gu on the 4th, a resident in their 70s (Dobong case 133) who tested positive on the 31st of last month was confirmed to have used the Chodang Elementary School swimming pool. As a result of testing those associated with the swimming pool, two additional staff members working at the pool tested positive. Additionally, Dobong case 145, confirmed on the 4th, was also found to have used this swimming pool.

The first confirmed case at this swimming pool, Dobong case 133, was also confirmed to have used 'Mate Fitness,' where another cluster infection occurred. According to the epidemiological investigation, this confirmed case visited Mate Fitness from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the 29th of last month. Health authorities are estimating that Dobong case 133 was infected at Mate Fitness.
