Haman-gun Holds 'Tourism Tour Event' to Boost Small Business Sales

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Choi Hyun-joo] HamAn-gun, Gyeongnam, is conducting the 'HamAn Tourism Tour Event' to revive consumer sentiment and promote consumption, which have been depressed due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and other factors.
This event, which uses HamAn Love Gift Certificates, will run until the 30th. It is the fourth event held as part of the 'Cheer Up HamAn!!' relay event.
Citizens who tour major tourist attractions in HamAn and spend 30,000 KRW or more per transaction on agricultural products and at nearby cafes and restaurants will receive a 10,000 KRW gift certificate, limited to the first 500 people.
To participate, citizens must agree to the personal information terms on the HamAn-gun website and submit proof documents, including payment receipts and certified photos of tourist sites, to the county office. The county will send gift certificates by mail to the selected citizens.

A county official said, "We ask for the interest and participation of citizens in this event to revive HamAn's local economy, which is facing a crisis due to COVID-19."
