On the 31st, IU donated approximately 4,600 ice vests worth 100 million won to the Korean Nurses Association through the Community Chest of Korea.
The Korean Nurses Association plans to send the ice vests donated by IU to screening clinics and medical institutions nationwide to help nurses wearing protective suits endure the heat at COVID-19 sites.
Since June, the Korean Nurses Association has been sending support supplies necessary for COVID-19 response to government-designated hospitals, dedicated hospitals, and screening clinics.
