◆The 90s Generation Has Entered the Office= The millennial generation born in the early to mid-1990s has begun to enter society in earnest. The author explains that millennials, currently in their mid-20s to late 30s, also known as Generation Y, grew up in distinctly different backgrounds from the 40s generation, Generation X, who are currently middle managers or executives in companies, resulting in different ways of thinking and working. By comparing the growth processes of Generation X and Generation Y, the book helps understand both generations and examines what motivational strategies are suitable for Generation Y.
