Jeonbuk Bank Opens 'JB Hope Study Room' in Jinan
Establishment of Learning Space at Kkumdongsan Regional Children's Center
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Tae-in] JB Financial Group Jeonbuk Bank has opened the 'JB Hope Study Room No. 109' at the Jinan-gun Kkumdongsan Regional Children's Center.
On the 27th, Jeonbuk Bank announced that it opened the 'JB Hope Study Room No. 109' at the Kkumdongsan Regional Children's Center to provide a study room for children struggling with a lack of learning spaces.
The opening ceremony was attended by Jeonbuk Bank Deputy Head Im Jae-won, Iksan Regional Finance Center Director Go Chan-bae, Jinan Branch Manager Kim Hae-jung, Social Contribution Department Head Kim Kyung-jin, Jeonbuk Community Chest of Korea Secretary General Seo Young-sook, and Kkumdongsan Regional Children's Center Director Go Young-mi.
Jeonbuk Bank created a bright and clean atmosphere by newly wallpapering the interior of the center used by 35 children, replacing old flooring, and installing blinds.
Additionally, desks, chairs, and bookshelves were provided in three underutilized spaces to help children study individually.
Furthermore, Jeonbuk Bank Jinan Branch plans to make efforts to support children in focusing on their studies through regular visits.
Jeonbuk Bank Deputy Head Im Jae-won said, "I hope the newly created study room will be of some help to children who find it difficult to receive care at home due to time and economic reasons," adding, "Jeonbuk Bank will continue to carry out various social contribution projects and strive to create a warmer world through finance."

Meanwhile, the Kkumdongsan Regional Children's Center, opened in 2004, leads the holistic growth of local children by providing learning guidance and psychological and emotional support programs for children in rural areas.
