[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Noh Hyun-song) conducted a 'Special Civil Complaint Response Drill' at 6 p.m. on the 20th in the Civil Service Office on the first floor of the Gangseo-gu Office main building.
The drill was conducted to prepare for emergency situations that may occur during work, simulating a scenario where a civil complainant verbally abuses or assaults the responsible public official.

Mayor Noh Hyun-song stated, "In the event of special civil complaints such as verbal abuse or assault, it is important to respond quickly and systematically to protect the public officials in charge and prevent secondary damage to visiting complainants." He added, "The goal of this drill is to create a safe civil complaint environment for both complainants and public officials."
