[Breaking] Cheonan on Alert as Church-Related COVID Cases Emerge... "Church to be Temporarily Closed"
[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] On the 20th, five additional COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Cheonan, Chungnam.
Among the five confirmed cases, four were identified as contacts of Cheonan case number 126, who was confirmed the day before. Cheonan case 126 is a member of Dongsan Church in Mokcheon-eup, Cheonan, and the infection route has not yet been identified.
Family members of Cheonan case 126, an individual in their 80s (Cheonan case 127) and another in their 20s (Cheonan case 128), were also confirmed positive; they were also confirmed to be church members.
Among the 31 contacts of Cheonan case 126, individuals in their 50s (Cheonan case 129) and 60s (Cheonan case 130) tested positive.
