Chevrolet "Purchase Vehicles Contact-Free with 'e-Estimate Consultation Service'"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Chevrolet announced on the 19th that it will strengthen its contactless sales service by newly launching the ‘Chevrolet e-Estimate Consultation Service’ through the Chevrolet website.
Chevrolet’s ‘e-Estimate Consultation Service’ allows customers to access the Chevrolet website anytime and anywhere to receive estimate consultations at the same level as visiting a dealership in person.
Customers who wish to purchase a Chevrolet vehicle can use this service to view high-resolution images of the interior and exterior of all Chevrolet models, and select trims, options, and accessories. Additionally, by directly entering detailed information such as points, discounts, payment methods, and delivery options, customers receive a detailed estimate, providing a service equivalent to face-to-face estimate consultations.
Furthermore, the estimate information received through the Chevrolet e-Estimate Consultation Service can be saved, allowing customers to review or cancel it again via the website. Customers who wish to make an actual purchase can complete the contract through the assigned car manager after making a small advance reservation payment on the website. Meanwhile, the general estimates and test drive consultations previously conducted on the website will continue to be provided as before.
