The UNESCO Asia-Pacific Intangible Cultural Heritage Center announced on the 18th that the Asia-Pacific Intangible Heritage Content Seminar, scheduled to be held on the 19th at the National Assembly Members' Office Building Seminar Room 1, has been postponed indefinitely. This is due to the resurgence of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). On the 17th alone, 246 new confirmed cases were reported. With social distancing measures in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province elevated to Level 2, indoor events with more than 50 participants have been banned.
