'Hangout with Yoo' Lee Hyori, Plans for Second Child + Parenting Concerns... "Can I Do Well?"
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Singer Lee Hyori from 'Hangout with Yoo?' shared her concerns about planning for a second child.
On the 15th episode of MBC's 'Hangout with Yoo?', the scene of Ssaksseuri members Yoo Dragon (Yoo Jae-suk), Linda G (Lee Hyori), and Biryong (Bi, Jung Ji-hoon) making their last summer memories of 2020 was revealed.
In the broadcast, Bi personally prepared beef and abalone dishes for Lee Hyori and Yoo Jae-suk. Yoo Jae-suk told Lee Hyori, "Biryong prepared the abalone dish to cheer up Linda G."
Bi then said, "Because there is a plan for a second child." Lee Hyori thanked him, saying, "I will try my best."
Now in their eighth year of marriage, Lee Hyori had previously shared, "I have plans to get pregnant. If I can't conceive, I will participate again as Ssaksseuri in the winter season," and added, "I am currently taking herbal medicine."
In this episode, Lee Hyori also said, "Strangely, I didn't have such thoughts before. These days, babies are so cute. When Gary oppa's son appears, I see them that way."
She then asked, "Is it the right time (to have a child)?" Yoo Jae-suk replied, "Then now is the time." Yoo Jae-suk was amazed, saying, "Is (Lee) Hyori going to have a child with (Lee) Sang-soon?"
However, Lee Hyori soon expressed her worries, saying, "But can I raise a child well? Can I do it while doing everything I want to do?"
