[Asia Economy Reporter Han Seung-gon] The novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) originating from Pastor Jeon Gwang-hoon's Sarang Jeil Church in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, has spread to the Gangwon region.
According to Chuncheon City health authorities on the 14th, three people, including a woman A who visited Sarang Jeil Church and a couple B and C who had contact with confirmed cases from the church, tested positive for COVID-19 on the 14th.
It was investigated that Ms. A had visited the church on the 9th. The other two were found to have been infected after meeting Sarang Jeil Church members in Chuncheon between the 10th and 11th.
