Tesla Korea "Try Calling a Tesla Electric Car with Tmap Taxi"
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Tesla Korea announced on the 13th that it will conduct the 'TESLA RIDE Campaign,' offering free rides in Tesla electric vehicles when called through the T map Taxi application from the 18th to the 31st of this month.
The 'TESLA RIDE Campaign' is a free ride event where winners selected by lottery, who call a vehicle through the T map Taxi application, will be driven to their destination in a Tesla vehicle. This campaign features the premium electric sports utility vehicle (SUV) Model X and the affordable electric sedan Model 3 operating as taxis.
The campaign will run for two weeks from the 18th to the 31st of this month during weekday commuting hours (7 AM to 11 AM and 5 PM to 9 PM) in certain areas of Seoul. Passengers will not only enjoy a special test drive experience but will also receive a Tesla eco bag as a gift.
During the campaign period, a social media event open to everyone will also be held. By sharing the campaign image from Tesla Korea’s official KakaoTalk channel on their personal Instagram account with the hashtag (#TESLARIDE), the first 100 participants will receive a Tesla eco bag. Additionally, those who capture Tesla vehicles on the road and upload the photos to their personal Instagram accounts with the hashtag (#TESLARIDE) will be entered into a draw to win a Tesla umbrella, awarded to 20 winners.
In line with continuous brand growth, Tesla Korea is striving to expand service infrastructure for customers. The company plans to open 'Tesla Centers,' combining Tesla stores and service centers, in Busan and Bundang within this year to enhance service and operational convenience.
