'Real Estate Transaction Order Assistants' to Appear in Gyeonggi Province in the Second Half of the Year
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province will continue to operate real estate transaction order assistants in the second half of the year, following the first half.
Gyeonggi Province announced on the 2nd that it will hire and operate 20 real estate transaction order assistants from the 3rd to establish a fair and transparent real estate transaction order in the second half of the year.
The real estate transaction order assistants are fixed-term workers who assist city and county public officials. They will be responsible for auxiliary tasks such as preventing and educating about false real estate listings and price collusion, investigating real estate transaction reports, and investigating planned real estate.
Earlier, through a demand survey of 31 cities and counties in the province last year, the province selected eight areas including Suwon, Ansan, Hwaseong, Gwangju, Anseong, Osan, Hanam, and Yeoju as project target areas and hired 18 real estate transaction order assistants in the first half of the year.
The province has allocated 310 million won as the project budget for operating real estate transaction order assistants this year.
