Establishment of a Dedicated Website for the Financial Regulation Sandbox
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] The Financial Services Commission and the Korea Fintech Support Center announced on the 31st that they have launched dedicated Korean and English websites for the Financial Regulatory Sandbox and revamped the Fintech (financial technology) portal.
The FSC and others established a dedicated website as a one-stop support system for the Financial Regulatory Sandbox, and integrated the previously separately operated Fintech Support Center website and Fintech Comprehensive Portal. Within the Fintech portal, they built six function-specific fintech platforms, including investment, overseas expansion, job matching, financial innovation support, education, and exhibition platforms.
The dedicated Financial Regulatory Sandbox website centralizes and provides integrated information on the regulatory sandbox, which was previously scattered across various institutional websites, to ensure easy access for fintech companies.
Fintech companies and financial institutions can use the dedicated website to access system introductions and applications, business cooperation, and system performance functions all at once.
