According to Daejeon City on the 30th, an apartment complex in Jeongnim-dong, Seo-gu, was flooded by heavy rain, causing damage to 28 households.
At the flood site, the 119 rescue team found a resident in their 50s in cardiac arrest during rescue operations and transported them to the hospital, but they ultimately passed away.
