Housing Association Holds '2020 Housing Market Trends and Outlook and Housing Business Laws and Regulations Seminar'
[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] The Korea Housing Association announced on the 28th that it will hold the '2020 Housing Market Trends and Outlook and Housing Business Laws and Systems Briefing Session' at the Construction Hall in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 31st.
The attendees are executives and employees of member companies affiliated with the association. However, to implement social distancing between seats for the prevention of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the association plans to allow entry only to member companies that have applied in advance.

At the briefing session, Kim Gyu-jeong, a research fellow at NH Investment & Securities, is scheduled to give a lecture on '2020 Real Estate Asset Market Outlook and Strategy.' This will be followed by a lecture on 'Understanding the Regulation System of Terms and Conditions' by Ahn Chang-mo, a lawyer at the law firm Hwawoo, and a lecture on 'Taxation and Market Impact Related to Housing Business' by Woo Byung-tak, team leader (tax accountant) at Shinhan Bank.
