According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the 27th, Foreign Minister Szijj?rt? of Hungary is scheduled to arrive through Incheon International Airport this morning. This face-to-face meeting between foreign ministers is the second since the Korea-UAE foreign ministers' meeting on the 10th.
Minister Szijj?rt? will travel with about 10 aides on a small jet and will stay in Korea for a one-night, two-day visit. He submitted a COVID-19 negative certificate issued in Hungary and is expected to be exempted from the 14-day quarantine procedure upon entering Korea.

During his visit, Minister Szijj?rt? will meet with Minister Kang at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building to discuss COVID-19 cooperation, expansion of economic exchanges between the two countries, and the situation on the Korean Peninsula. He is also scheduled to meet with business leaders. Hungary was the first Eastern European country to establish diplomatic relations with Korea, and there are about 170 to 180 Korean companies operating there.
