According to major foreign media on the 25th (local time), President Bolsonaro posted a photo of himself holding hydroxychloroquine, a malaria treatment drug, on social media and announced that he tested negative for COVID-19.
President Bolsonaro, who was confirmed positive for COVID-19 on the 7th and entered self-quarantine, had tested positive in all three diagnostic tests conducted until that day.
He stayed at his residence while managing state affairs through video conferences and sometimes went out to attend church services or meet supporters.
