Naver to Resume Normal Operations Starting from the 3rd of Next Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Naver will return to normal working hours starting from the 3rd of next month.
According to Naver on the 24th, it has been 157 days since they started remote work (work from home) on February 26 due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Since April 20, Naver has maintained a 'hybrid work system' where employees come to the office twice a week and work from home for three days.
However, Naver decided to allow pregnant women and people with underlying health conditions to continue remote work as before.
A Naver official stated, "Based on our experience with remote work, we plan to prepare ways to experiment with various possibilities regarding work methods."
Meanwhile, Kakao has been operating under normal working hours since the 7th.
